How long does mould production take?
Mould engineering typically takes 5–10 business days from receipt of your approved artwork. This includes 3D model review, master mould printing, silicone casting, and quality testing. For time-sensitive activations, we offer an expedited 3-day service — please enquire via WhatsApp to check availability and applicable rush fees.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 popsicles per mould per flavour. This ensures cost efficiency in mould amortisation and production scheduling. For large-scale activations, volume pricing is available. Custom bespoke flavour development requires a minimum of 200 units. Please WhatsApp us for a tailored quote based on your event size.
Are your popsicles Halal certified?
Yes. All Scoopy’s & Cream products — including every popsicle produced in the 3D Brand Lab — are 100% Halal certified. We use only Halal-compliant ingredients across our entire menu, and our production facility adheres to strict Halal food-preparation standards. Certification documentation is available upon request for brand compliance purposes.
Can you reproduce complex logos or intricate shapes?
Our studio can reproduce logos with moderate to high complexity — including wordmarks, abstract shapes, mascots, and product silhouettes. We review every submitted artwork file before committing to production and will advise if simplification is needed to ensure mould integrity at scale. Please submit a clean vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG) for the most accurate assessment.
Do you provide on-site staffing and equipment for activations?
Yes, we offer full white-glove activation packages including uniformed staff, branded portable freezer carts, dry-ice transport, and optional Kombi ice cream truck service. We are experienced in operating within luxury hotel, retail, and event venue environments and can accommodate specific brand guidelines for staff attire and product presentation.
